TRAINING

Basic training is built into every implementation of The Media Services software, and if you have low turnover in your organization, that training can carry you through many successful years of use.

For those times when a new employee needs to be trained or a power-user has emerged and could go to the next level or an upgrade takes place, Media Services provides training in a number of different forms:

The Learning Center™ where your staff comes to our offices for a scheduled seminar on a specific list of topics. Call +1.800.234.4674 for the current schedule and cost for the Learning Center.
Custom Training™ where our trainer comes to your offices (or you come to our offices) for specific training in areas you define. Our recommendation is that you keep the training group to less than 10 for maximum results. This training is billed on a per diem rate, and includes our travel expense when we come to you.
Webinars™ online tutorials scheduled on an as-needed basis, covering basic training or refresher subjects. Since these are done via the web, you can have several employees sitting together for these sessions, or have each working from their own desks. This training is billed on a per log-in basis.

*Although our software is designed to be pretty intuitive, there are unique business rules in every company, and the set-up of these business rules is the basis for a successful Media Services Group implementation. If you have had turnover of key operational or IT staff who may have been involved in your implementation and set-up, it's a good idea to schedule training for their replacements. You want someone in your organization to know and understand where your business rules were applied to your set-up, and how they impact the performance of your Media Services Group software.
