THE MEDIA SERVICES GROUP ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH SALESFORCE.COM

Élan™ Salesforce Interface

Stamford, CT – September 18, 2008 – The Media Services Group (MSGL), a leading provider of software for publishing and media businesses, has announced a strategic partnership with Salesforce.com to develop integration packages between Salesforce.com’s CRM products and MSGL’s Élan Ad™ and Élan Book™ systems. The Book product interface will also work with CISPUB-SQL and Cats-SQL products.

Each integration package will include 2 key components: (1) a customized version of Salesforce.com, built specifically to support book and/or ad sales workflow, and (2) a flexible data integration engine that makes it possible to share customer, order, billing and other data between the Élan™ and Salesforce.com applications.

"Salesforce.com is a well-known leader in CRM applications and an obvious partner for us,” explains Jeff Shine, President and CEO of The Media Services Group. “Our applications and technology are complimentary, making it possible to support the important workflow integration needs of publishers." Jeff continues, "We are bringing more than a decade of our own CRM experience to bear on this project and anticipate a hugely successful roll-out."

The Media Services Group was among the first software companies to develop a CRM product for publishers, with the release of Sales Prospector™ in 1997. In 2007 Sales Prospector became part of the Élan suite of products and was renamed Élan CRM™. The company will continue to develop and support the Élan CRM product, offering the Salesforce.com integration packages as an alternative to customers interested in, or currently running Salesforce.com.

The Élan™ Salesforce.com integration packages are scheduled for release in Q1 2009.
