INTEGRATED ORDER-TO-PRINT SOLUTION
Stamford, CT - October 23, 2006 - The Media Services Group today announced the general availability of the Order-to-Print software solution for publishers. OtP, as it is being coined, is the first and only fully integrated solution to offer online order submission and customer self-service, billing and production workflow, page imposition and printing in one integrated package.
At the front-end, OtP provides a web portal for advertiser self-service, online order submission and materials workflow management, leveraging the strengths of CNI's AdDesk solution. In the middle, ad billing, production workflow, accounting and CRM integrate the back-office with Media Services' robust Elan Ad application. At the back-end, ad submissions are brought through structure planning, page imposition and finally printing with Dataplan's JournalDesigner product.
By leveraging the strengths of these applications on one integrated platform, OtP is aimed squarely at helping publishers streamline business process and workflow by providing tighter integration between sales, editorial, advertising and accounting departments.
