JuneWarren Publishing has reached an agreement with The Media Services Group (MSGL) and CNI Corp to extend their advertising workflow online with Order-to-Print™.
The company will use CNI’s AdDesk software to provide online file submissions, perform automated inspection of incoming ads and give immediate pass/fail notification to customers logged on to their website. Artwork and related information that is collected online ties directly to insertion orders in Élan Ad – providing full workflow integration as the ad runs through production and billing.
JuneWarren has also agreed to install AdCatalog, an extension of the AdDesk software that maintains a history of previously submitted files and artwork. Sales staff and advertisers can log on to the corporate website, find an existing ad and easily assign it to an open insertion order.
E-Proofing is the final component of the package and will allow JuneWarren to post electronic proofs online for customer or internal review. A full set of mark-up and comment tools will allow the end-user to make changes and notes directly on the proof or submit complete or partial switch-outs.
In addition to the new AdDesk implementation, the company also relies on MSGL’s Ad, Circ, Directory, CRM and Financial modules to provide the integrated software platform across all of their business units.
