FOCUSING ON CONTINUOUS INNOVATION -- INTERNET AD MODULE -- CUSTOMER FOCUS GROUP

Internet Advertising sales is an area in which many publishers are seeing increasing growth and changing business practices. The Media Services Group is working to enhance the Internet Ad Manager Module so as to best serve these evolving needs.

Recently, The Media Services Group held a Customer Focus Group concentrating on the Internet Ad Manager module. Jeff Shine, President & CEO of The Media Services Group, and Wayne Burrows, Product Manager, presented a prototype of the newly developed Internet Ad Manager that incorporated customer suggestions gathered at the June 2006 User Group session.

The objective of the Focus Group was to obtain feedback and suggestions from our customers on the future direction of the Internet Ad Module in order to help in the development on this product. We had an excellent, enthusiastic turnout and we were pleasantly barraged with thoughtful, helpful ideas and comments.

Customers that were in attendance included internet ad sales and finance department representatives from American Media, Inc., Business Journals, Earl Graves Publishing, Lebhar Friedman, Nursing Spectrum, Penton Media, Rogers Media Inc., ST Media Group Int'l. Inc., The New England Journal of Medicine, and Time Out New York.

100% of attendees felt that this meeting was helpful and are likely to attend another meeting of this sort. The Media Services Group fully agrees and would like to thank all of our clients that participated. All of your suggestions and feedback are very helpful as we continue to develop the Internet Ad Manager Module.

It is so important for application developers to have their clients involved in what is coming next, but is rare for that to happen. It's great to be able to give our opinions and needs and to have them actually put to action.
