HOTEL CONTRACT MANAGEMENT IN ÉLAN CONFERENCE

The Media Services Group is proud to announce a number of major enhancements to the Élan Event module adding flexible controls for hotel contract management. These new features, available in Élan 7.0, include:

• Hotel Definitions - Allow the user to setup an unlimited number of hotels, define room configurations and assign any number of contracts to a hotel.
• Hotel Contracts - Allow the user to define and manage any number of available room types, rates (including multiple occupancy), contractual commitment levels, peak night rooms, complimentary rooms and other contract details. Review room inventory, reservations vs. commitment, free room entitlement and reservations lists.
• Hotel Reservations - Provides integration between conference registrations and hotel reservations, where one registration can be linked to multiple room reservations or vice-versa. A single reservation can be for any number of rooms and multiple reservations can be booked by the same customer. The user can enter and track reservations requests, hotel confirmation details, define reservation pricing, enter reservations in foreign currencies and generate reservation forms.
